Typically, these optical elements were processed solely as secondary raw materials. The developed cleaning methods allow removing residues of anti-reflective coating to the level of uncontrolled impurities, i.e. eliminating their effect on the optical properties of germanium. Experimental evidence shows that the developed cleaning method enables the complete restoration of the parameters of these optical elements.
