Journal  Semiconductor Physics, Quantum Electronics and Optoelectronics issued quarterly, 4 times per year. Certificate of State registration of print media KB ¹ 4350 of 04.07.2000. Journal publishes pegular papers, short letters and reviews on Physics of interaction of electromagnetic radiation with semiconductors and dielectrics, properties of hetero- and low dimensional structures, physical basics of sensorics. As well it presents lectures, presentations etc. for subscribers only.

     (The “Lectures, presentations etc.” rubric opens new possibilities both or readers, and authors. The latter obtain sufficiently wide fields for introduction of their own vision of some scientific directions, make approbation of new lectures and presentations to open discussion of urgent professional issues and items, to present new tendencies in R&D activity, to find new aspects in interdisciplinary consideration of current knowledge. For readers it could be new windows to adjacent regions, chances to be familiarized with new ideas, approaches, areas of science and applications.
