Nanostructure of amorphous films

Abstract. The paper presents results of experimental and theoretical investigations of thin chalcogenide films at nanostructure level. Transmission electron microscopy demonstrated amorphous cluster structure. The equations for order parameters in cluster boundaries have been obtained and analyzed.
